Life is fragile...
Two major news occurred this 2 weekends... and both involved someone I know...
First was a army colonel who had SCD during a biathon and passed away...
Well.. he was my CO when I was serving my NS in 3rd guards... A very nice man and a great motivator that motivate the unit to fight... He's a great man I truly and only respect in the army...
But everything just ended for him...
Second news was the boat tragedy in Bahrain and 4 singaporeans were killed in the tragedy...
Sad to say.. One of the victim is my secondary school friend...
So surprise so sudden...
Life is really really fragile... It can simply just ended anywhere and anytime...
Guess we must learn to live our daily life to the fullest... we simply don't know when it will end...
" The LORD is my shepherd, I shall not be in want. He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, he restores my soul. He guides me in paths of righteousness for his name's sake. Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. Surely goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever. "
-- Psalm 23 NIV
