What a busy week

Finally, It's friday. It has been a very busy week for me for my attachment. Some ppl said they are too free and nothing to do, but for the group of us doing web services in SES, it's busy for all of us. Trying to get the systems up, learning the application development, reading up notes, doing requirements specification, etc.

Through tomorrow is weekend, I still got work to do. Need to complete my requirements specification and email it to my supervisor by sunday afternoon!!

Okie, okie... enough complains about my work. On Wednesday night, I went to the airport to send Lavina off. She's going to Beijing for 6 months for GIP (Global Immersion Programme). Dunno she knows how to take care of herself or not. Together with Siying, two of them seem so blur blur one... dunno if will kanna bully by others or not... It's also quite some time since I meet her. Actually I kinda miss her right now... hmm... Hope she can take good care of herself in Beijing, know how to protect herself and grow to be more independent.

Was talking to her mum... think she's very worried about her daughter too...

got to go liao... going to Yishun to get CDs from my friend so that I can do my work over the weekend... sighz...

First day of attachment

It's has been a long time since I last blog... well... holiday mah... too busy playing... hee...

Today is my first day for my 6 months Industrial Attachment. I'm attached to SES Systems Pte Ltd. It's a software company under Singapore Technologies.

My supervisor seems like thinking that we have the knowledge to do the job that he has. Keep asking if we know this or that. Some of the terms he used is so foreign to me. The internet access in the company is so SLOW!! is even slower than 56K modem!! and our supervisor keep asking us to download the applications that we need. Really don't understand why a software house using such a slow PC and internet access.

Sighz... Got to start reading the notes that is given to me today. I got to learn a new technology and .NET by end of this week... busy, busy...
